Founding member of the IQCA scheme

I-view was a founding member of the Interviewer Quality Control Australia (IQCA) scheme and was one of the first companies to become IQCA accredited across all areas of activity. The IQCA scheme has been replaced by ISO 20252 for Market Research which incorporates the principles of the AS4752 standard and IQCA.

ISO accreditation

I-view is accredited to ISO 20252 for Market Research, and continues to apply the highest levels of quality standards. I-view is ISO accredited for door-to-door interviewing, central location interviewing, telephone interviewing, on line and panel interviewing, audit and observational studies and recruitment for qualitative research.

Best Practice Certification

I-view is accredited to ISO 20252, the Market and Social Research Standard by Best Practice Certification. I-view is one of the first companies in Australia to achieve this accreditation.

Supporting the Your Views Count initiative

I-view supports the Your Views Count initiative, designed to support both the general public and the research industry in making sure that the public is fully informed about the importance of participating in research, and is able to differentiate between genuine research and telemarketing.

I-view is an active member of the Association of Market and Social Research Organisations (AMSRO) and all executives are members of the Australian Market and Social Research Society. As such, all are bound by the ICC / ESOMAR code of ethics and professional practice.
